When push comes to shove, we’ll be there for you. We offer 24-hour on-call emergency service, so downtime and downtime cost will be limited to a minimum period required for the diagnosis of malfunctions and trouble shooting.

If desired, a service contract can be signed. With this contract, on-call emergency service, including diagnosis of malfunctions and trouble shooting, is individually extended to 24 hours.

 

Service program for SRMs and conveyor systems
In case of failure of storage and retrieval machines (SRM) or conveyors, or if irregularities indicate that malfunctions are likely to occur, calling the service experts will help. They will know what needs to be done to reactivate production and restore operational reliability as quickly as possible. They will assist you around the clock. If SRMs or conveyor systems break down, help is required immediately - regardless if it is night or weekend.

Remote access diagnostic means that service experts can directly access the control of your equipment and systems via modem.
