This trolley, depending on its power supply system, is able to enter shelving bays to the right or left of the stacker crane.
It travels on the rail underneath the pallet, lifts it up, and returns to the stacker crane with the pallet. When restocking, the process is reversed.
In installations with extremely high cycles, instead of a single server unit, 6 shuttle cars in 6 levels equipped with a pallet trolley each may be in operation. This is how the system is able to keep going with a high picking turnover with optimum space usage.
